Nutrition science: terms as a means of expressing concepts in scientific thinking and as a tool of knowledge

This article presents a logical and linguistic analysis of the concept of nutrition science, a study of the system of semantic relations of practical importance for the formation of terminology, and the basis of scientific terminological word formation in medicine and nutrition science.
