A modern model of age-related hormonal correction in women from the perspective of 5P medicine (personalized, predictive, prophylactic, patient-oriented, positive) is proposed in the review article on the basis of modern scientific data and the results of own clinical observations. Each patient needs an individual comprehensive plan of treatment and prophylactic measures for successful correction of hormonal age-related disorders, including not only a clear definition of the beginning of the hormonal drug intake (taking into account the woman's health characteristics to the age of menopause), the correct choice of the drug for age-related hormonal correction, the route of administration, regimen and dosing regimens, but also specific recommendations on the necessary transformation of lifestyle, nutrition, physical activity.
