Autoimmune ovarian failure at various stages of therapy for chronic inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs

The authors studied clinico-laboratory specificities of autoimmune ovarian failure in 537 women of reproductive age on the background of therapy for chronic inflammatory diseases of the pelvic organs (CIDPO): 259 (group I) with detected circulating antiovarian  antibodies,  278  (group  II)  –  seronegative  patients  examined  for  this  sign.  The  anamnestic,  etiopathogenic,  clinicoimmunological risk factors for development of autoimmune ovarian failure were analyzed: long duration of CIDPO, prevalence of mixed forms of infection in the microbial landscape (Chlamidia trachomatis, Neisseria gonorrhoea, conditional pathogens: Corynebactericeae, Enterobactericeae). The effect of anti-inflammatory and immunity-correcting therapy on the processes of hyperactivation of proinflammatory cytokines, formation of antiovarian antibodies and, as a consequence, formation of ovarian failure of inflammatory genesis was studied.
