The article presents modern evidence on the  pathogenetic  mechanisms leading to  miscarriage  of pregnancy,  the  role  of lipid peroxidation as a universal factor bringing about the alteration of the cells is reflected, convincing argumentation for the  benefits  of  vitamin-mineral  complexes  that  promote  restoration  of  the  oxidative-antioxidative  balance  in  patients  with miscarriage are given.
