A clinicomorphological analysis of the effect of new-generation plasmatrones on uterine and ovarian tissues in laparoscopic surgery
The authors studied clinical and morphological effects of a new-generation plasma oscillator in laparoscopic operations on the uterus and its adnexa. The examination involved 56 women of reproductive age (from 19 to 33 years old), who underwent organ-saving surgery (laparoscopy). Four types of plasmatrones were used: type 1 (one small outlet)- type 1+ (one large outlet)- type 3 (three small outlets)- and type 6 (six small outlets). It was established that the depth of coagulation of tissue, appearance of signs of vaporization and carbonization increased proportionally from the minimum to the maximum modes of plasma generation. Appearance of a new type of plasmatrones type permits to control the length of the plasma nozzle, which ensures safety of operation.
