Transvaginal myomectomy

The article presents the results of 109 cases of transvaginal myomectomy. Of them, 11 operations (10%) were performed exclusively through the vagina, in 98 cases (90%) laparoscopic assistance was used. It has been found that transvaginal myomectomy is an operative method that combines the advantages of both laparotomic and laparoscopic approaches. Early sanation laparoscopy permits to decrease the degree of development of commissures.
