The article presents a clinical observation of a 19-year-old patient, who had a reconstructive operation due to a complete separation of the uterine scar after a cesarean section in the presence of obstetric peritonitis and eventration of the anterior abdominal wall. The authors lay emphasis on the extraordinary character of approaching such situations.
